Between mile markers 11.7 and 14.2: Bridge replacement; road reconstruction, widening and realignment. Reconstruct I-376 Interchange. This project involves the complete reconstruction and widening of the PA Turnpike to six lanes (three lanes each direction) and the construction of a new bridge over the Beaver River. Expect lane shifts and lane restrictions, as well as lane closures. The project is currently in stage four (4) construction. All of the new bridge piers are complete, and tables are now being constructed for the new roadway. Earth

Between mile markers 125.7 and 131.2: Reconstruction and widening of the PA Turnpike. Expect lane shifts, lane restrictions and periodic lane closures. Project includes widening turnpike to six lanes (three lanes each direction). The new outermost lanes are now open and in use. Work continues on the left lanes in each direction, as well as the median.

Road reconstruction, widening, new bridges and bridge replacements on the Northeast Extension, between mile markers 38 and 43. I-476 is being widened from four to six lanes in this area, and five mainline bridges are being replaced. For spring 2025, the new inside lanes will be constructed, and traffic has been shifted to two outside lanes. Storm drainage is being installed, and new bridge decking is being built over Kumry Road and four creeks running under the turnpike extension.

Road reconstruction and bridge replacement on the Northeast Extension. This primarily affects an area between milepost A88 and A89, including the replacement of the Hawk Falls Bridge, at MM 88.59 on the NE Extension. Road work will progress through summer of 2025. Construction of the new bridge will continue through summer. Demolition of the old bridge is scheduled to begin September 24, 2025. Expect periodic lane closures
