Full description: Snowy conditions greeted drivers at the start of the week, from the Midwest to the Northeast, and the forecast for the days ahead is for more severe weather in the Northwest and snow and rain across the eastern third of the U.S., and that's just in time for holiday travel. AAA is predicting the year-end holiday travel period will see over 122-million travelers, with over 109-million of them traveling by car. We break down the worst travel times and where that treacherous weather will be. Meanwhile, news has broken that truckers believe New York is trying to push what some are calling a backdoor toll hike onto truckers, using toll management services as the hitch.
