Full description: A $45-billion dollar capital plan has been unveiled by the Port Authority of NY and NJ, and those used to the E-ZPass discount during the off-peak hours are not going to like what is coming. The final plans for Orlando's newest toll road are nearly done, and we take a look at the Central Florida Expressway Authority's plans. Alternate plans for the Delaware River Bridge replacement are unveiled, and a more construction will impact commuters in the greater Fort Lauderdale area, as more interchanges are upgraded on the Sawgrass Expressway.
