Full description: Higher tolls could soon impact drivers in New Hampshire who do not pay using a New Hampshire E-ZPass, now that a key House committee has advanced legislation; meanwhile, costs are back up for most drivers, overall, as gas prices have gone upward once more, but diesel prices are coming down for the moment.
