Meanwhile, Boston commuters should brace for still more construction headaches as the Bowker overpass is about to be replaced, leading to lane closures. Elsewhere, the Key Bridge Rebuild project is moving forward with pile-driving and load testing in the Patapsco River, as the NTSB prepares to review a report on the cargo ship collision that led to the collapse of the old bridge.
