Full description: Authorities in New York say a hit and run driver has been caught after striking and killing a construction worker. Michigan's DOT director has issued a dire warning about impacts to drivers' safety and roadway maintenance under the current budget proposed by the Michigan House. Overnight drivers and haulers in Florida will have to go out of their way to get onto the turnpike northbound, that is if they're at the West Palm Beach Service Plaza. Traffic relief could be coming slightly ahead of schedule, and in time for Thanksgiving, for the folks in Saco, Maine, living next to the Maine Turnpike. A reminder that new tolls are about to start on Washington State's SR 509, and cashless tolling is about to begin on Florida's Garcon Point Bridge near Pensacola.
