Full description: The first segment of SeaTac's new 509 Expressway corridor, connecting I-5 with the airport, will begin collecting tolls at the end of the month; the end of the month also marks the end of toll exemptions for buses and ride share services using the Tacoma Narrows and SR 520 bridges. Meanwhile, the new segment of Florida's SR 23, better known as the First Coast Expressway, is now costing you money; it had been free after it first opened.
