North Carolina is testing an in-car payment pilot program with Volvo and Mastercard; Pensacola Beach will soon learn exactly how the county plans to upgrade the beach access, including what they're doing with the old toll plaza. We bring you up to date on those still hospitalized due to that fatal crash on the New York State Thruway. Finally, the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association gave out its annual toll awards in the past week.
