Full description: As tolls in Delaware are set to increase in less that two weeks, tolls from New Jersey into Pennsylvania, over the Delaware River, could be the next rates to impact commuters and travelers in the Greater Philadelphia area. The tolls are going down - way down - on SH 288 around Houston. The state of Texas made the announcement last week, stating the changes are likely to come by September 1. And we take a look at the Fort Bend Parkway in the Houston Metro area, and how its development has impacted residents, and how residents are impacting the design.
