Full description: Virginia's Supreme Court has shot down an appeal to push through a toll increase on the Dulles Greenway; westbound traffic on the Turner Turnpike will have to do without a service plaza for a few months. The Dallas North Tollway's Frisco widening project is nearly complete, while the DNT extension north of U.S. 380 is just beginning to take shape. New Jersey is pushing forward on a controversial extension rehabilitation program, which includes replacing an old bridge.
