Full description: Beware the Ides of August! Friday the 15th is the date the Delaware Department of Transportation has set for the start of new toll rates in that state, the first increase in over 11 years. Meanwhile, carpool lanes are no longer enforced in Florida, but many of those old HOV lanes are being replaced with tolled express lanes, which are enforced. The remnants of the old Key Bridge in Baltimore are coming down, and it will take about nine months to complete; meanwhile, anticipation is growing around Detroit as construction cranes come down from the towers of the new Gordie Howe International Bridge. We will tour the bridge for you. Plus, we take a look at a pair of designs for a direct connection between I-95 and Florida's Turnpike just north of the South Florida Metro area.
