Full description: Travel will be replete with holiday traffic this week and weekend as tens of millions of drivers hit the nation's roadways; AAA is forecasting over 61-million people on the roads. Delaware's governor has signed a bill that will raise tolls in that state for the first time in several years; meanwhile, drivers in several states are bracing for mid-summer toll increases, from California to Texas, Florida to New Jersey. Washington state's DOT has set tolls for the new SR 509 Expressway, a portion of which will open this fall.
