Full description: The summer driving season represents what the American Automobile Association calls the 100 Deadliest Days, the time between Memorial Day and Labor Day when there is a rise in the number of fatal car crashes involving teenagers. Houston will not get a grab at Harris County toll road money as the current session of the Texas legislature comes to an end. A federal injunction will temporarily block the Trump Administration's plan to hold back transit money from New York; and more travel headaches await for drivers on the Massachusetts Turnpike.
