Indiana's governor has signed a bill that clears the path for new tolls on other Hoosier State highways. Virginia's Gloucester County is abuzz with anticipation as it looks like tolls on the Coleman Bridge may soon come to an end. And Oregon's House takes two votes to move a tolling bill forward for the new Interstate Bridge.
