Full description: This is the week the main Elkhart exit closes on the Indiana Toll Road, but it is only temporary. A year-long construction project is underway on the Reagan Memorial Tollway near the DeKalb Oasis, and the Jane Addams inbound is losing an I-Pass lane to construction work at the River Road toll plaza. Elsewhere, a row over a toll revenue sharing bill is putting Harris County and Houston at odds, as each lobbies the Texas House and Senate. Congestion pricing raked in about $159-million during the first quarter for the New York MTA, but the Trump Administration sends out a new deadline to end the program, after agreeing to a different plan to let the case move through the courts.
