Full description: After multiple delays impacted the start of tolling, the Belle Chasse Bridge connecting to Plaquemines Parish in Louisiana will see tolling begin this week. Toll plazas are coming down in New Hampshire, after a series of crashes at the Bedford Toll Plaza; construction to remove those plazas gets underway this week. A spectacular crash resulted in a hazardous materials spill on the Hardy Toll Road in Houston, which also was the venue for an IRONMAN event over the weekend; and the lawyers handling the U.S. case against New York's congestion pricing program wrote the case is 'exceedingly likely' to fail, according to an accidental court filing!
