The Kentucky legislature has voted to override Governor Andy Beshear's veto of tolls on the new I-69 Ohio River Crossing, meaning there will be a cost to use the new connection. And an alarming report from Johns Hopkins University, on the heels of an NTSB report, warns of the potential for U.S. bridges to collapse due to a vessel strike, just like the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
