Full description: A bond sale has ended and will soon close in Michigan, where residents of Grosse Ile Township are buying their local toll bridge. In Louisiana, a new toll bridge is about to get built by a private developer from Alabama, as part of the Red River Express Project. Two international crossings are about to get more costly for travelers. And the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge is open to Pennsylvania-bound traffic once more, but not New Jersey-bound traffic.
