In this video: 71-and-a-half million Americans are hitting the road for Thanksgiving, according to the AAA. Congestion pricing is returning to Manhattan by January, just in time for new toll increases which will impact drivers in New York and New Jersey.

Full description: The AAA has released its travel prediction for holiday travel just around the corner, 71.4-million people are expected to drive 50 or more miles for their Thanksgiving holiday. The congestion pricing holiday in Manhattan is over, and new congestion pricing tolls are likely to start in January, after New York's governor lifted a moratorium. The planned annual toll hikes for New York and New Jersey's port-authority bridges and tunnels could be higher than expected; four public hearings are on tap in December to explain. Norfolk's tunnels will cost more in January, and San Francisco's Bay Area Toll Authority wants to implement a round of five annual toll increases; a comment period about that plan has been extended until next month.
