In this video: Hurricane Milton threatens several toll roads and bridges - not to mention lives and property - as it moves over Florida this week; meanwhile, a storm could arrive at public hearings this week as a toll increase looms for a busy bridge. And an early toll plan has emerged from the West Coast, for the Oregon Washington Interstate Bridge.

Full description: Hurricane Milton is expected to cut a broad swath of destruction across Florida as it makes landfall, likely as a Category 3 hurricane, near Tampa. Several toll roads will be impacted. The new extension of Raleighs Triangle Expressway appears okay after Hurricane Helene. A new toll structure has been adopted for the Interstate Bridge for Oregon and Washington; and a cash-only toll increase is on tap for the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Ohios Emergency Management director has been honored by a national organization for career achievement.
