Full description: A commonwealth commission in Virginia has denied a private agency a proposed toll increase for the Dulles Greenway that would have raised rates nearly forty percent. West Virginia is raising tolls on its turnpike starting in January, part of a long-term plan for bond repayments. North Carolina will be opening the Triangle Expressway Extension in late September, and a portion of I-80 in California is renamed for baseball great Willie Mays.
