At and around mile marker 272: Overnight full ramp closures, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday, July 27, and nightly through Thursday, July 31. W. Colonial Drive traffic wishing to access southbound Florida's Turnpike will be directed to travel east on SR 50 to access southbound Florida's Turnpike.

Between mile markers 278.5 and 286.5: Overnight single lane closures, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday, July 27, and nightly through Thursday, July 31. Northbound and southbound Florida's Turnpike/SR 91 between Minneola/Hancock Road and north of O'Brien Road (Milepost 279 to Milepost 286). Also expect intermittent daytime shoulder closures, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, July 28, and daily through Friday, August 1.

Between mile markers 272.5 and 279.5: Widening of turnpike from two to four lanes in each direction in Lake and Orange Counties. Expect lane closures. Widening corresponding bridges at Jones Rd., Blackstill Lake Rd., Old Hwy 50, W. Orange Tr., Fosgate Rd. Replace bridges at CR 438 and CR 455. New gantries and toll plaza removal at Clermont, Exit 272 to SR 50.

Reconstruction of all bridges in project corridor; interchange and lighting improvements at U.S. Hwy 27; pavement resurfacing. Toll gantry installation.

Between mile markers 238.5 and 242.5: Widening of turnpike from two to four lanes in each direction from Clay Whaley Road to U.S. Hwy 192 in Osceola County. Expect lane closures and lane shifts. Most closures should be overnight.

Between mile markers 272 and 279.5: Widening of turnpike from four to eight lanes (four lanes each direction) between SR 50 in Clermont to Hancock Road in Minneola. Expect periodic full closures overnight. Expect lane closures and periodic full closures overnight. Project requires new bridges at Fosgate Road and replacement of bridges at CR 483, CR 455, Jones Rd., Old Hwy 50, Blackstill Lake Rd and West Orange Trail. New gantries will replace toll booths on ramps.
