4-axle vehicle over 8 feet in height

Class 5
5-axle vehicle over 8 feet in height

Class 6
6-axle vehicle over 8 feet in height

Class 7
7-axle vehicle over 8 feet in height — Add'l charge each extra axle

Class 11
Class 1 vehicle with regular trailer, either one (1) or two (2) axles - excluding gooseneck/fifth wheel trailers
