Full description: The Allegheny Mountain Tunnel is structurally sound following a truck fire that forced the evacuation of about 150 people and forced the closure of the Pennsylvania Turnpike at the end of last week. Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears say a site in northwest Indiana, incidentally adjacent to the Indiana Toll Road, is their preferred site for a new stadium. Toll increases are at hand for the middle of summer, and the Golden Gate Bridge is among the key facilities where tolls are increasing.
